Advanced Environmental Services (AES) is proud to announce what we believe to be New Zealand’s first all-female Class A asbestos decontamination team, led by the highly skilled Valeria Aguirre Liebsch. This milestone marks a significant achievement in an industry traditionally dominated by men, showcasing the expertise, dedication, and leadership of women in hazardous material remediation.

Currently working on a large and highly complex project in central Auckland, Valeria and her team are demonstrating exceptional skill in managing the intricate challenges of asbestos decontamination. Their commitment to safety, precision, and professionalism is setting a new benchmark for excellence in the field.

This achievement is not just about breaking barriers—it’s about recognising the talent and capability of women in the environmental services sector. AES is incredibly proud of the team’s work and the example they are setting for future industry professionals.

Well done to Valeria and her team—your hard work is inspiring, and we couldn’t be prouder of what you’re accomplishing!
