His commitment to advancing safer work practices led to the creation of the Anti-Airborne Encapsulation System, earning the prestigious 2024 Active Environmental Solutions Innovation Award at the FAMANZ Scientific Conference. A respected industry leader, Luke proactively collaborates with regulatory bodies, government agencies, and the media to advocate for improved education, awareness, and regulation around asbestos management.

With a background in asbestos surveying and being a qualified asbestos assessor, Declan has extensive experience in management and removal of asbestos. His specialty is in the commercial sector, having managed multiple large scale asbestos removal and demolition projects across the North Island. Along with overseeing operations in the Lower North Island, Declan is responsible for quality control and producing technical documentation for projects nationwide.

Dipendra KC is a Chartered Accountant with extensive expertise in accounting and finance. He earned his Chartered Accountant designation from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in 2015. Dipendra has held key roles, including Audit Manager at PKF TR Upadhya & Co. He is now Finance Manager at Advanced Environmental Services Ltd, overseeing financial operations and contributing to strategic decisions. 

Vikki brings extensive expertise as Compliance Manager at Advanced, driving excellence in health and safety across the business. Under her leadership, the company has achieved and maintained key certifications, including ISO45001:2018, AS/NZS4801:2001, SiteWise Gold (100%) rating, Tōtika certification and a five-star IMPAQ prequal status, whilst also being a dedicated mother of three. With a BCom in Management and a Postgraduate Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety Management, Vikki is committed to continuous improvement and fostering a culture of safety and wellbeing for the team, clients, and the wider community.

Makka McDermott is the Business Development Manager at Advanced Environmental Services, where he leverages his extensive 25+ years experience in the construction industry to drive growth and forge strategic partnerships.
